MORNING & MOURNING

Every morning, we wake up to another day.

And when you're mourning, sometimes waking up is the hardest part.

Some mornings, you get up and move.

Some mornings, you need to stay in bed a little longer.

Some mornings, you feel ready to take on the world.

Other mornings, you simply make it through.

And all of it counts.

Because mourning doesn't mean you have to be strong every day.

It doesn't mean you have to be productive.

It doesn't mean you have to constantly be moving forward.

Some days, your reset might be a workout.

Some days, it might be a walk.

Some days, it might be seeing a friend.

And some days, your reset might be rest.

Every morning gives us another opportunity to check in with ourselves and ask:

What do I need today?

Not what did I do yesterday.

Not what does everyone else expect from me.

Just—

What do I need today?

There is no right way to mourn.

There is no right way to begin again.

There is simply another morning.

And another opportunity to meet yourself exactly where you are.

Another morning to simply, reset.

Mourn. Move. Connect. Reset.
